Aspire To Inspire

 I ran across this slogan, “Aspire to inspire before you expire” today whilst looking for encouragement images. Immediately the slogan catches my eyes, then I went into a pause as I reflect on my journey to this point n my life. That slogan is somewhat similar to to quote, “Life is not a dress rehearsal.” Where we have to make the full use of each moment that we are blessed with. I choose to share this with you today because, we are not just here live out our life until our time come to leave earth. We all have a purpose here, so why not Aspire To Inspire Before You Expire.

What does it mean to aspire? Well, to aspire is where you seek ambitiously for something of great value. Whenever you begin the process of aspiring for something, the thing you are seeking then become personal. In fact, when you personalized your goal, you and your goal is not any longer separate.

Now, let’s look at Inspire. Believe it or not, both you and I have to potential to inspire someone any given day. Therefore, as we aspire to inspire, we are changing and challenging ourselves to be better than what we are at this given moment. Can you be more than what you are now? Of-course you can! Therefore, Aspire To Inspire!

I am a big fan of Les Brown and back in 2008-2009 when I first was introduced to his message, I heard him say something to this effect. “Don’t You Dare Die With Your Greatness Buried Inside of You” Those words stop me in my tracks. It was from that moment I start questioning myself on how can I get out of me the potential/abilities that I have within me. I started to think long and hard on how to reach a part of me that I have never yet reach. It was then I realized that all my experience as a child was not only for me, but to use it to inspire others. To say it better: My test become my testimony! Well, what Les Brown was simply saying to me that day when I heard him on the tape was, “Aspire To Inspire Before You Expire”.

I don’t believe that anyone should live their life by the hit-or-miss method. It is always good to decide what you want and if you do, it is wise to consciously work towards those things that you have chosen to get accomplish. However, nothing is guaranteed but you will have a better chance of reaching your desired goal. It is with that moment you will get the chance of impacting the world. What better way to live, that to make your life an inspiration for others. Because the people before us have aspire to inspire before they expire, we now get the chance to use their experiences as reference point for ourselves as guide post. We now have to continue as we thrive to be more of who we are!
