Live In The Moment
Living in the moment is not always easy. Sometimes our thoughts are overwhelmed by regrets about past events or anxiety about the future, which can make it hard to enjoy the present. If you are having a hard time living in the moment, there are some simple strategies that may help. There are little things that you can do throughout your day, such as creating a mindfulness cue, learning to meditate, and performing random acts of kindness. The truth is that every moment is a 'NOW' moment. Worrying about going to work tomorrow or needing to go to bed earlier or later in the day defeats the purpose of living in the moment. When it is time to go to bed, you'll handle it then, and when it is time to go to work, you'll also handle that then. But right now, the only moment you have to maximize is NOW .
